The Rental Amendment passed!

We will be sending a copy of the approved amendment to all homeowners shortly. It has been registered with the County and is now enforceable. We hope that this encourages long term residents to buy our homes for sale as opposed to large rental companies who may not care about the appearance of the neighborhood.
